Our founder and team
Craig Wilhelm founded Abacus Federal Services, LLC to provide network transformation services to government and commercial customers. A former US Army officer and Army Aviator, Craig is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.
The Abacus team brings more than 100 years of combined military service. Team members have served in Communications Squadrons, Network Enterprise Centers, the Acquisition Corps and DoD contracting and procurement agencies. That experience gives the team a working knowledge of the organizations and facilities it supports.
Abacus works with military bases, university campuses and utility customers in the United States and overseas. Its services cover copper cable removal and recycling, analog circuit conversion, fiber installation, network planning and updated infrastructure records. The project map below shows installations in the Abacus project library.
